I found an article on the Indiana Superdelegates that I find rather interesting. I was unaware that superdelegates could be paid off. I thought that in this world that most would go with the popular vote from their state, county, district or whatever applies, especially if they want to be reelected. Anyway, here is an interesting article I found concerning the votes of Indiana Superdelegates. http://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php?title=Indiana_2008_presidential_primary_and_superdelegates. I see where Ellsworth may endorse Clinton but I wonder if the $10000 from Obama will influence the decision. I'm just floored that this stuff happens. I guess I always kinda figured but never saw the proof.
I also found this statement on a website "Obama's political action committee has doled out more than $694,000 to superdelegates since 2005, the study found, and of the 81 who had announced their support for Obama, 34 had received donations totaling $228,000.
Clinton's political action committee has distributed about $195,000 to superdelegates, and only 13 of the 109 who had announced for her have received money, totaling about $95,000." http://www.boston.com/news/politics/politicalintelligence/2008/02/superdelegates.html
Here is a website with a little video about Obama buying out superdelegates...
